At Wolpher, we are committed to delivering our premium apparel with the same precision and care that goes into our embroidery. Below you will find the details of our shipping process.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within [1–5] business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a limited drop), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Wolpher is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
Wolpher is liable for orders damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods with video and photo proof, then contact our support team at hello@wolpher.store with photos of the package.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Wolpher is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? We can only update addresses if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please email us immediately with the subject "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE."
